Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Speedy Karate.com harmless from any third party claims arising from such high risk activities or Martial Arts Weapons or any other Speedy Karate.com product.
Limited Replacement Warranty : Speedy Karate.com warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. Speedy Karate.com’s sole liability is limited to repairing or replacing products that are returned prepaid. Due to the natural flex and memory of the wood as well as natural characteristics like knots, some bowing may occur on various lengths and styles.
