- Orders are processed within 24 hours and shipped via UPS Ground or USPS excluding weekends and holidays. Packages are delivered within 3-7 business days within the continental U.S.

UPS ADDRESS CORRECTION FEE

Please be sure to provide us with the correct shipping address. If an address correction is required to deliver your package, UPS charges an Address Correction Fee of $11.00. You agree to pay this fee if you provide the wrong address or if you change the shipping address after your package has been shipped. This charge will be billed separately to the credit card used for your order.

UNDELIVERABLE OR REFUSED PACKAGES

UPS charges a return shipping fee when a package must be returned to shipper. You agree to pay this fee if the package is refused by the customer or returned to our warehouse due to insufficient or incorrect addresses.

ORDERS TO HAWAII,ALASKA AND CANADA

Our standard shipping rates do not apply to orders to Hawaii and Alaska. Shipping rates are higher, and the cost will be quoted on an individual order basis at ACTUAL UPS rate. Once you place the order online, we will email you the shipping fee within 12 hours to obtain authorization before charging your credit card. Canada customers assume all responsibility for all extra fees such as customs and broker fees.

Shipping times are approximate. To find the delivery date, count from the day after the shipped date. For example, if you place an order to Washington on Tuesday (which takes 3 business days), the order will be shipped on Wednesday and delivered next Monday.
